Today @ 5pm I decided to order online from a location in Ozark, MO. I was in Springfield, MO headed home, I placed my order and paid for it at 510p, then having had the issue before I called to make sure my order was submitted to the store.
They never check for online orders, I’ve had this problem several times so I call every time I place an order. I drive to Ozark, it’s rush hour here, they confirmed the order will be ready by 535, I arrive at 545, wait in line behind another customer who has ordered 5 of the same sandwich. I’m being patient, waiting my turn, but upon waiting I can see two other people walking back and forth in the kitchen while one elderly woman is trying to make these sandwiches alone. She would pull one bread out and build one sandwich all the way to wrapping before she started the next one in this mans order.
I watched it 5 times and now it’s 6pm. I say I’m here to pick up my order. She stated that it still isn’t ready but she can get to it after she gets the line of people caught up. I asked her to cancel the order in which she responded she doesn’t know how to do that, I waited 50 minutes for this to get this far and for her to ask me to wait longer for the line to go down set me over the top..
she refunded me cash from the register, I believe everyone should be trained better, and the two guys who wouldn’t help should be fired. I know that won’t happen.
Anyway thanks I won’t use your store anymore. Store ID 208216

I am reading about the lease that was renewed at 1275 Grand Street.
I congratulate you and hope for the best for Quiznos corporate and for that more than qualified franchise owner Adam.
I am dismayed at your insistence that Jimmy Lambados was the, quote, unquote, FOUNDER of QUIZNOS CLASSIC SUBS.
I don't know where you got that erroneous information other than the Shaddens and Jimmy lambatos themselves.
Jimmy Lambados was my partner in an Italian restaurant by buying 20% and wanted nothing to do with Quiznos.
He was GIVEN 20% of the stock by me to appease the fact that I was taking time away from our Italian restaurant and catering business.
How Jimmy and the Shaddens could live with such a lie for all these years is disappointing and appalling to me.
I thought they were upstanding.
I'm sure their respective families would be embarrassed by that behavior.
Unfortunately, I lost my temper prior to the closing of the Quiznos deal because the deal was changed at the last minute. I was very sensitive when it came to selling my baby that I've been working on for over ten years years..
with no paycheck.
I'm wondering what it has done to my legacy and reputation as my friends think I am some kind of fraud when I say I was the founder of the Quiznos Classic Sub concept only to Google it to find out that Jimmy Lambatos was the founder.
Just ask them if they know where the name "Quiznos" came from.
At first the Shadden's claimed that they were the founders until I caught them at a franchise promotion seminar here in Miami. I reluctantly mentioned it to the gentleman that was giving the seminar. The presentation video they used was consequently abanded.
It was my fault that I lost my temper but it does not call for a reputable lawyer and his son and and Jimmy, a family man, to live with a lie for all these years.
Their vengeful strategy, I fear, has worked, for I am deeply hurt and annoyed.
I feel I have some suggestions to help the concept at this point in its existence, and would gladly attempt to contribute suggestions that would help correct and improve the Quizno's program.
I realize that the restaurant industry is crowded and not what it used to be. Nevertheless, some very questionable corporate policies and decisions were made.
It is evidenced by the reactions of the franchisees.
God knows I am intimately interested in the success of my concept and wish you well in the future.
I hope that this indiscretion can be fixed as soon as possible.
I also hope it is conceivable, at this point, for the new owners to even worry about this situation, but feel free to contact me at any time to set the record straight and take advantage of any suggestions that I might have.
I am not a bad guy.
You can ask my over 450 employees in my twelve restaurants as well as my Quizno's franchisees, how I treated them.
Believe me, there was no conflict of interest in my management style. We were all family and shooting for the same target.
